Hey, Franchise players.

I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)
  • When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge
  • Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console
  • Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them
  • Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?
  • Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up

Gamer tag - Toosh-1969

Platform - PS4

error occurred 5 days ago

no I only have 1 gamer tag 

I previously deleted 4 franchises from my cloud 

I tried starting a new online franchise before the error occurred
