Y’all is not understanding we have do everything & reinstalled the game & is still receiving the same message…I done deleted all my files & still giving me the same messages.. just tell us y’all don’t have no solution so y’all want to blame it on our network

Are you receiving this error when you share the game to a different PSN ID or Gamertag on your console when you try to launch a Franchise?
The team investigated this and were not able to determine an issue on their end and this is likely a desync with the console and servers. Clearing local saved data could help resolve this error too.
- Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
- Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4).
- Select Console Storage > Delete.
- Tick the box next to the files you want to delete and select Delete.
Xbox:
Clear the saved game data:
- Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
- Select Storage, then select System Storage.
- Select Saved Data.
- Choose a game to access the game's saved data.
- Press the Options button and select Delete.

I've done everything in the thread and updated the game and it still doesn't work... It's been three weeks
At what point do we get a refund for buying a game we simply can't play?
