Are you receiving this error when you share the game to a different PSN ID or Gamertag on your console when you try to launch a Franchise?
The team investigated this and were not able to determine an issue on their end and this is likely a desync with the console and servers. Clearing local saved data could help resolve this error too.
How to manage saved data on a PS5 console
- Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
- Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4).
- Select Console Storage > Delete.
- Tick the box next to the files you want to delete and select Delete.
Xbox:
Clear the saved game data:
- Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
- Select Storage, then select System Storage.
- Select Saved Data.
- Choose a game to access the game's saved data.
- Press the Options button and select Delete.
