Hey, Franchise players.

I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.

Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)
When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge
Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console
Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them
Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?
Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up

I play on Pc via Origin. I ve got the same Problem as the other guys with the commissioner league limits. i currently have 12 active franchises and the game tells me that i cant create more franchises. i started experiencing this probelm a round 2-3 weeks ago and its currently there. the only thing that i remember doing before creating a franchise is that the game lost 3-4 times the connection to the official online servers while i was creating a new franchise. this is propably the problem. if the game crashes while your starting your new franchise the cloud of this franchise is hidden for me but not for the system. i ve followed the conversation a few week and im not the only one who discovered this problem elsewhere on pc console or someels. Pls EA you have to fix this.

Guys just give up they not gone fix it, the only thing they will tell you, to change your network because they still believe they fix the issue & clearly they have not…but if you all find a solution, please let me know because that’s all I play is franchise

@richlee254Make a new email, ea account and user and enable share play so you can play your games on any user. Its a band-aid solution but at least you'll be able to play franchise mode. Also keep in mind even with the update, franchise mode is still glitchy. You might have to create another user if you inevitably get this "commissioner" glitch again but its the best fix I know if you still want your madden fix like I do.
In saying that this is my last madden. EA have become negligent with Madden. They have the gall to advertise and release yearly games that are frankly not worth the price they go for.
