Hey, Franchise players.

I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)
  • When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge
  • Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console
  • Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them
  • Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?
  • Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up

I started experiencing this issue about a month ago or longer not sure though

I do not play on other gamertags on the same console

No I don’t join online franchise leagues.

I had experienced the glitch where right as I am creating a league it says that my internet kicked me out

    Franchise mode works fine in madden19, madden20, madden21, went back and checked them all its fine. Madden22 it is broken officially. I think EA are aware of it now, on consoles and PC. Madden unusable at moment if want play franchise or live games each week, kicks out server.

    I’m now having this problem, anytime I start a new franchise I’ve always deleted any other franchise I was playing on. Seems to be a bug that can’t be fixed
