Hey, Franchise players.
I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)
- When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge
- Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console
- Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them
- Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?
- Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up

About 2 weeks ago I started to see it come up
Also I only play on my XBOX with my account.
I only play solo leagues. I had like maybe 4 but after each game is complete I delete them and go into the next week using NFL REAL-LIFE ROSTERS. I can’t even play in PLAY NOW LIVE. Please help! I have attached a photo of the message.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game does not fix it. Madden 22 Franchise and online Exhibition is broken. Been worst madden so far, unplayable. Nothing to do with connection or accounts as all other maddens from 19 to 21 work fine. Its another bug in this broken game.
