Exact same issue and haven’t been able to play online franchise in nearly 2 months. How do we get compensated for not being able to play the game we bought?

The same thing has been happening to me for months. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple time and tried to create new accounts as well. Nothing is working.

Guys I think this has something to do with the names of the savegame files in the cloud. Also it seems like online saves are not deleted from EA's servers. I think you can not have two online saves with the same name at the time. Maybe try to rename your franchise as soon as you create a new one, down in the league settings tab!
Would be nice if someone could give it a try and report back here.

And how do you do that exactly? I don’t see anywhere you can change the name of your franchise especially when you try to use the real-life NFL roster.
