The same thing has been happening to me for months. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple time and tried to create new accounts as well. Nothing is working.
Guys I think this has something to do with the names of the savegame files in the cloud. Also it seems like online saves are not deleted from EA's servers. I think you can not have two online saves with the same name at the time. Maybe try to rename your franchise as soon as you create a new one, down in the league settings tab!
Would be nice if someone could give it a try and report back here.
And how do you do that exactly? I don’t see anywhere you can change the name of your franchise especially when you try to use the real-life NFL roster.
It won’t even let me create a franchise so this can’t work
@Gusisit69Oh okay I didn't know that. So there's obviously a problem on EA's side with deleting old savegames from their cloud which results in people not beeing able to create new saves. I think the only thing you can do is to play offline franchise and get in contanct with EA's support atm.
Have tried unfortunately wasn’t any help at all ! Looks like I just won’t be playing online franchise haha
