You must be signed into EA servers in order to access online features

You must be signed in to Xbox Network and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title. Please check your Ethernet cable. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to Xbox Netwark and the EA Servers again. See www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. 

I get this error every time I try to log into madden 23 on my xbox one. I have the digital and the disc version and none seem to work. I got on a call with an EA agent and after 20 minutes of not finding a solution he hung up on me. It’s not my network because I can log into any other EA game perfectly fine.
