What happens when the bug occurs? I dont get pt 3 92 stocking stuffers as an option in my fantasy pack

I am on old/current gen on Xbox One. Earlier today, I did a set for 95 zero chill champion ted hendricks, and put in my 5 stocking stuffers because I wanted to get them back as BND. When I opened the fantasy pack for stocking stuffers, there were only stocking stuffers from parts 1 and 2, and not part 3. I wanted some of the stocking stuffers from part 3 to add to my team, but that wasnt an option for me. Can EA fix this and give me my fantasy pack with part 3 cards in it please? Thanks
