“Account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes”
I’m trying to play Madden on my iPad, like I do every night. The app seemed to lad ok, but then told me I needed to update the app in Apple’s App Store. When I clicked Update, I got the message that prompted my outreach here.
Your Account Has Been Disabled in the App Store and ITunes.
I went to Apple support and got re-activated, and when I tried to update Madden again, the app wouldn’t update.I’ve also restarted my iPad.
I was able to acquire other apps on my iPad, so I think the issue is on EA’s side and not the App Store,
Down Detector shows a lot of issues for Madden tonight, too.
