-260,000 journey points

I've been playing the new journey promo non stop for 3 weeks grinding arena for points... even finished 1st in arena last reset... to move my way up the leader board in the journey tournament and one morning I woke up and received a notice that -260,000 we're being deducted from me... i am devastated and would like to know why ? I spend alot of money on this game to collect top rewards and spend hours playing this game for the same reason...... i contacted ea.help and they had me on hold for half hour just to tell me they couldn't help me to go to the forums so here I am.... can any please help me please?
