100 Overall Team on Madden Mobile, now unable to log in.

So I recently hit 100 overall and after that I can't sign in it keeps crashing and saying unknown error,please look into this,want to get back playing ASAP,thanks 🙂

@Matt476977 ...Have you been able to resolve the issue? No luck on my end so far and no response from any of the help outlets thus far, advisors, twitter, etc.  @EA_Barry, is there any way you can help us with this issue as it might affect anyone that has reached the 100 overall milestone. I have reached out to an advisor at the help center in which he said this issue will be escalated but i dont hold much hope for any resolution via that method as this could possibly be a development/bug issue. I just want to make sure that this is something that is not an isolated problem or "coincidence".

nope if you ever get in touch with someone who works at ea that can help us please mention my name as well i will do the same to you if i get in touch with someone who can help us,looks like we are the only 2 at 100 for now lol

EA, please get this fixed ASAP as many people can and WILL be hitting this 100 Overall mark anytime.

Myself and a good friend Greggn33 can both hit 100 right now, but we backed out of the player change that put us over the top to drop us back to 99 OVR before exiting the "Manage Lineup" screen.

I don't want to do it again until I know this is fixed!!

Getting locked out of your account isn't a very nice gift for such a difficult achievement!!

Just a quick update fellas... still no luck getting into my account and I am pretty sure its a problem if you have reached 100 overall. I tried logging on via guest account and then logging into facebook once I complete the tutorials but still get the error. I have also deleted, re-installed both facebook and madden mobile and even did re-starts and resets on my iphone 6+ and the error still shows. I also used my wife's iphone to see if the same error occurs there when I try installing madden mobile on it, and sure enough I received the same "unknown error". Finally, I had a friend of mine who is active in the game cross check all his settings with mine as we have the same phone and he can log in without any problems (96 overall) while I still get the error. The problem IS NOT FOLLOWING THE DEVICE BUT THE USER. One piece of good news perhaps, and the only saving grace at this point, he is able to check my team under the friends tab and according to that, I still have my team intact.

*So please, EA, can we get some sort of response to this thread as to what's going on at this point, even an acknowledgement or a look into this problem would be wonderful, as there will be tons of users who will be wondering the same thing very soon."

Update: Still not able to log in as of 9:20 AM PST this morning. Hoping for good news soon!
