2pt conversions not working

When I play a league opponent my 2pt conversions don't count. I run or pass, score, my player does his little celebration, but I don't get the 2 points. It shows in the drive summary as "no good."

I'm having other issues in leagues with defensive strategy and counter plays (which I've addressed in a different thread).

Can someone from EA please elaborate?
