Thats what ive been asking for from the getgo of my cases...to have my account banned...and to send me and my disabled personage on along to other companies and games.

They have steadfastly refused...tellin me they cant do it.

Well...this morning...a rakesh p has closed one of my cases repeatedly..no words about.

None of my cases are resolved.

I finally came to the forums here yesterday....as i was repeatedly told to do.

The case hes closing is one brought in my name connected to my account that i didnt bring that i cannot read what it says.

Ive played 2 and a half years

Ive given the game approximately 3000$ in that time for the privilege of playing this nfl game.

Its a game that is not about killing...as so much is today...and i dont wanna quit.

But my game and my gameplay and my game experience has changed so dramatically lately....that its obviously discrimination against my account.

Discrimination...as in picking on and messing with me in particular in a negative fashion.

They can ban my account...rather than continue to discriminate against it.

It will be someone in america who does this to my account in.this licensed nfl product...not someone in india, who doesnt know about football

If they wont ban my account...then they can fix my account.

Im sure my account will be banned before it gets fixed

As you can see if you look...someone from ea has responded to my postings of yesterday.

And im.waiting...and im having cases closed by someonevin india that arent resolved...again.

2 people in india did this approximately 40 times the other day.  40 times!

Someone in america ordered them to get training about this, so he said.

Today its happening.

Ive gone the right route.

And im not quitting..im an nfl fan from birth some 47 and a half years ago.

A 49er fan.

It wasnt near $3000 over 2 and a half years.  I looked today.  Its more like $1500.

Ea knows.

Our Support staff is not able to make adjustments to records or levels due to game outcomes. It's always frustrating to get stuffed at the goaline, especially when you tried to jam it in there 4 consecutive tries. Even in real life though, teams have stopped ground and pound teams from putting into the end zone. Goaline stands are not fiction.

The team uses the feedback in these forums to make the game more enjoyable for players.

Is this something that happens all the time in your league?

What was that team's level vs. theirs and do you know if their defensive lineman were really high end players?

What defensive play did they select?

Did sweep running plays work out better throughout the game?

There's a ton of factors that go into play and it's hard to gauge it from the outcome of 4 plays. I'm really sorry to hear about how upsetting this was for you and your league. We're here to chat about the game if you need it!
