Even if you select one of the two choices, the other four did not go into your inventory as it says they would at the top of this screen. I wanted Tomlin, the Elite Coach that has been assigned in my Locker for a long time. He is a Level 2 with 0/4 towards Level 3. This would have leveled him up to Level 3 plus one towards Level 4. Please remedy. This is a widespread issue that you have acknowledged. We just want the content you told us we could select.
I had this issue as well and they also asked me to post here. So frustrating
I have now been on the phone with them twice and still no resolution
