Even if you select one of the two choices, the other four did not go into your inventory as it says they would at the top of this screen. I wanted Tomlin, the Elite Coach that has been assigned in my Locker for a long time. He is a Level 2 with 0/4 towards Level 3. This would have leveled him up to Level 3 plus one towards Level 4. Please remedy. This is a widespread issue that you have acknowledged. We just want the content you told us we could select.
- 8 years ago@doubleja69 how are you calling them? Only option I’ve seen is to open a help ticket through the game and during business hours a call back is given as an option. If you have a different process please share it and the contact phone number you have 🙂

I just spent 58 minutes on the phone with them and they did not remedy the situation. They gave me the same "can I put you on hold to consult a Specialist?" I said yes, they did it twice and the result remained the same as always, the Specialist recommended "escalating" the case to their level for further review. And so Marnish had nothing else to do or say. He was kind and frustrated. We talked about how cases get elevated then go unaccounted for. He could see open cases in my profile as far back as September. I still don't have the coaches, even the ones their pack says I should have received since they were non-selectable.
