ACE Player not Rewarded

I currently have 87 ACE tokens for the Speed section, enough to unlock Justin Simmons. In the top right it says I only have 71 tokens and when I try and get him it says I need more tokens. Bobby Wagn...

    @callumbloore Ah I have this straight now, it's a bit of a complicated system. 

    You have acquired enough SPD vouchers, which is a gate to you spending your ACE vouchers.

    When you get a specific voucher (SPD/STR/whatever) you then exchange these for generic ACE vouchers, which are what you actually spend on the players.

    If you grabbed stuff from your league bank and it didn't add up, can you swing by the exchange and ensure that you've exchanged any of the vouchers there?

@callumbloore Hi, have you spent vouchers before, whether SPD ones or any other categories? Also can you try restarting your device, i've seen folks report issues with voucher balances syncing up incorrectly. and a restart can help.

Hello David, thanks for getting back to me. I haven't spent any tokens before and can provide screenshots to prove this if needed. When claiming new tokens from the league bank it doesn't increase in the top right either so it's not as though tickets have been spent it's a case of the count not updating. The count doesn't increase in the top right but it increases next to Wagner's card. I have restarted my device, logged out and logged back in and even uninstalled Overdrive and then reinstalled. Still not updating the amount of ACE tickets that I have for Speed.

      Hello David . Thanks for that. It was me being stupid. I don't realise that you had to exchange the tokens after collecting them from the league bank. Thanks for that, Callum

        @callumbloore Not at all, it's a system that can be a bit unintuitive, so much so that I thought it wasn't working at first 🙂

      It’s bs here. I KNOW I HAVE ENOUGH TOKENS...202 speed tokens and I can’t get Wagner.  Next in line is a 85 needing 500 and it says I have 202 of the. 500. Had 196. A couple days. Ago. And picked. Up. 4 from the league and 2 others....So why can’t I get my dam Wagner...I have posted to EA about 10.  Times. And. All I get. Is. A EMAIL That. Says they. Know I have. A problem..NOTHING GETTING FIXED...coltz2007. Joey Madden....yes that’s my real name

        @coltz2007 Hi, please check your DMs, I've given you a bit of a breakdown of your league vouchers and I hope it helps to clear things up. 

        @cgrossbach In this case while you have earned 75 STR this unlocks the ability to purchase the pack with your League Aces, which is your spendable currency up in the top left. As you have 32 Aces you can't make the purchase. 

        I prefer to think of the STR/AGI/ACC etc vouchers as "XP" that will gate the availablity of packs. This value will never go down. 

        Then once packs are unlocked, you spend the generic League Aces vouchers to make the purchase of the players.
