ACE Player not Rewarded

I currently have 87 ACE tokens for the Speed section, enough to unlock Justin Simmons. In the top right it says I only have 71 tokens and when I try and get him it says I need more tokens. Bobby Wagner is the next unlock and it says I am 87/200 Speed tokens away from him so I do have more than the 71 it says. Anyone else experiencing this issue. Picture attached for evidence.

@callumbloore Ah I have this straight now, it's a bit of a complicated system.

You have acquired enough SPD vouchers, which is a gate to you spending your ACE vouchers.

When you get a specific voucher (SPD/STR/whatever) you then exchange these for generic ACE vouchers, which are what you actually spend on the players.

If you grabbed stuff from your league bank and it didn't add up, can you swing by the exchange and ensure that you've exchanged any of the vouchers there?

@cgrossbach I apologise, I had conflated your case with the other cases of mixups about how the system works.

Was the picture you provided taken on September 5th, as the image name implies? In that case, 75 tokens were spent on ACC tier 1 player Alvin Kamara shortly before this was taken. Can you check if you have this player in your team/inventory?

I can see you've since bought Osemele and DeMarcus Lawrence, so have things been working properly since then?

I purchased the Kamera Card and also received 25 STR ace tickets along with the Kamera card. I collected the additional 50 STR tickets for a total of 75 STR tickets to purchase the Osemele card. That is where I spent the 75 but never got the card. I have since collected additional ACE cards to purchase additional players with out any problems. Not sure if it possible to refund the 75 STR cards. Main Idea was to bring it to your attention as I know that game is newly released and bugs can occur.
