Ad related bug
Device: LG K51
Default app ( from google play store)
No VPN's on active or installed
I always run the app alone with nothing else on.
Ads are not working, not showing up and not even loading on the Maddens side of the equation.
The ad button on the front page is not there. The ad button for 50 stamina in the event section is there
Expected result: When clicked screen dims a pop up rendered by Madden mobile loads with watch ad button available.
Actual results: Screen dim then nothing else happens, Madden mobile does not render the pop up ever.
Some have mentioned this being a region issue it is not. my location is Ohio in the USA ads have and are available in my region on other devices, but do not work on my LG K51.
Some have suggested that Madden mobile is not responsible for ads third party advertisers are but this is not on the advertisers side this is on Madden mobiles side and their fault.
Things I have tried.
Did every step in this link multiple times https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-android/ backed up the game and did all these multiple times Enable permissions:
Clear Google Play Services Cache:
Reset App Preferences:
Check Background Data Usage:
Check Date & Time Settings
Tried resetting the advertisement I'd multiple times via these steps.
1. Close your game
2. Go to settings
3. Go to Google: Services & preferences
4. Go to Ads
5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"
6. Click OK
7. Restart your device
8. Launch the game again
I have provided screenshots for proof as well..
If this can not be fixed on my device LG K51 I will be done playing as another device is not a solution for me.
