Ad rewards glitching

Today is the 2nd day I've watched ads and not received rewards.

The first time i thought maybe it was a one time glitch and ignored it but now it has occurred again which makes me believe it is an ongoing issue.

The rewards for a pro pack, coins, and event xp after watching ads are not being rewarded. I tried pushing the "X" to close out the ad after it said "reward granted" and it just froze on the ad screen without letting me exit and once i backed out it went back to the ad still being available and no reward given. Ive tried waiting out the entire ad only to find the same stuck screen on the ad once it stops playing and again nothing is given once returning to the menu and the ad is still available to watch as if i never clicked it.

I don't mean to sound hysterical, it isnt a huge issue to me, I am loving the game outside of this one issue and just wanted to point out the glitch in case it is happening to more people as well.
