@thegatorfan122 Thank you man! Yeah, was little bit suprised that the support team could only suggest me to make a post on this forum. Anyway, hope I will be helped soon, otherwise this season is pretty much over before it really started. Have still little bit of hope that today's reset of the overdrive season could help solving the problem... But then there is still the missed out progress....

This is clearly an account issue and you should not have been referred here from live support as we cannot action account issues directly here on AHQ.
Reporting that user as a potential cheater and contacting our Advisors again is your current course of action.

Thank you guys, in particular @EA_Barry for sending me back to the support team. I had a long conversation with a staff member from the technical team. It seems that many players experience the same problem. So it has been confirmed that it is not a user specific problem. However, only a workaround is existing as possible solution for now as the team is investigating. Unfortunately, the workaround isn't resolving the issue in all cases and I continue to see my app crashing. @EA_Barry : would it be possible to receive further information on the status of the current investigation and timeline for a deployment of a solution somewhere in this forum or on twitter, since I don't want to have to contact EA support every other day?
Finally, I hope that their will be a general solution in place soon, since I feel this particular problem might possibly affect ANY player as we cannot avoid getting matched up with potential hacker. I also hope I won't loose so much progress in the meantime and be able to catch up once the issue is resolved. Otherwise, I will have to call it a season, possibly a career.
