Arena needs massive changes ASAP
First off it's the only competitive mode left with OD gone so making it pay to play is ridiculous but let's look past that for now. Just got a matchup on my first attempt that was me 2400 vs them 30...

@EA_Blueberry Instead of having overall rewards, just extend the Hall of Fame tier to reward something every 100 or 200 pts or so. Then people aren't trying to grind to get into a top 50 with thousands of players. If they grind they get additional hof reward bonuses.
Another option is to do the same thing as NBA 2K Mobile and group everyone in arena by overall power? That way you're only playing similar teams and those teams are able to earn rewards based on their overall power. They also keep the groups to 250 players max, not wide open.
BTW, maybe there shouldn't be a timed tiebreaker either. If you tie, you don't get the 5pt bonus but your ticket is still active. Nothing is more frustrating than scoring 24 pts and still losing and having to pay another ticket to continue.
