Madden Mobile 26 SB MVP Medallions..
Built KW3 MVP, received the 5 mvp medallions, discussed which was best with the league, ended up going with the special teams bundle(Dev Trait Bundle).. tried to trade in my 5 tokens, game crashed to the iPhone Home Screen, got back into the game immediately, the tokens were no longer there, checked my bench, no unopened trait packs, I never got anything.. it’s a significant amount of traits or I wouldn’t even bother. Any explanation or solution is appreciated. I sadly do not have a video of me trading them in as I don’t record all trades, maybe I need to… idk.. I do however have screenshots of the tokens in my account right before I hit the trade in.Glory road field pass
I’ve paid for and bought the glory road field pass but I have yet to receive my premium items I’ve checked and claimed it from the inbox but even after that it did not work I purchased it from the web store and I’ve made sure it was the same account connected to both the web and game. Please helpApp deleted and all data gone.
the last three packs i bought for my son weren’t showing up in the game, so i was trouble shooting, nothing was working so i deleted the app and re downloaded, problem is my 7 year old son was playing using the Game Center on his iPad, so no real profile. Now, not only are the three packs missing, all his data is gone, all the older packs, all his wins, everything. I cants ‘em to find any way to call. It should not be this hard to just approve purchase on a pack and have it show up in the game but alas, is there anything we can do here? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, all gone...received [] "customer support"
I purchade the step up with "guaranteed " Iconic player if u purchase all 5 packs... I did not receive and Iconic player. I brought this to their attention and they said you receive the Iconic if you trade in the players you receive... I would never have purchased the packs if that is the case... on the pro.o it literally says Guarenteed iconic... Support did nothing but say to post to forums and go []... I will never spend money with Madden Mobile again. [Edit - CM]
