Scammed and received DOG **bleep** "customer support"
I purchade the step up with "guaranteed " Iconic player if u purchase all 5 packs... I did not receive and Iconic player. I brought this to their attention and they said you receive the Iconic if you trade in the players you receive... I would never have purchased the packs if that is the case... on the pro.o it literally says Guarenteed iconic... Support did nothing but say to post to forums and go f myself... I have customer support about the fact I have created or added traits and it still says I have yet to do o. I explained at 1 every starter had traits assigned to them and they admit there is a glitch and they refuse to issue a ticket. They told me I had to create a message here to get help. Someone had disconnected my Madden Mobile account from my EA account. When I logged in this morning, I was taken to a completely random, brand-new account with a different UID, and all my purchases and players were gone! I have tried to contact support multiple times, through the in-game chat and the support tickets via help.ea.com, but no one is helping at all. I just keep getting sent in circles. I get a response every few days from the in-game chat support asking me a question that I have already answered before, and when I respond they'll ask another unrelated question, and it's going nowhere it all. This is a pretty simple issue, that should have been easily resolved. EA support does not actually do anything, or try to understand or investigate any issues. woke up this morning to find that someone had disconnected my Madden Mobile account from my EA account. When I logged in, I was taken to a completely random, brand-new account, and all my purchases and players were gone. My Madden Mobile account was linked to my EA account, and I even contacted support a couple of weeks ago—because I lost my old phone and felt like someone had access to my account, because tokens would be spent without me using it- they reassured me that no one has access and I'll be safe if I have my account linked. I've been reaching out to support again, but I'm getting stonewalled at every turn. No one is able to help and support isn't responding. Has anyone dealt with this before? I would really love to see Madden Mobile go back to being able to purchase and sell players, like it was in Madden Mobile 22 or 23. You were able to go buy players that you wanted and that could fill whatever position you needed at that time and all you used were coins you got playing the challenges and so forth, now it's like for the most part all the teams have pretty much the same players, example HB/FB position I Want Barry Sanders all I had to do was go the store or trades can't remember exactly what it was called and browse through the players until I found a Barry Sanders or see if one of my league members had him and we could work out a deal, either I would pay him so much for Sanders or I might have a player he wanted and we would make the deal, but other than that I've really enjoyed the game over the past 4-5 yrs. DEAR EA, I've been patiently waiting. Please give the people what they want. Release a Walter Payton card. I don't usually spend money on the game but I definitely would if it was to acquire and mythic or marvel Sweetness. I traded in 2 iconic defensive players (a safety and a corner, both were above 120 overall) and I received a sh**ty "offensive select" pack with players that had lower overalls (114 & 115). Either way, my biggest issue is that I got an offensive pack and not the defensive pack I was promised. I wanted MeanJoe Greene, that was the whole reason I was even trading 2 iconics in (as I didn't really want to because I liked them but I needed a DT bad) Anyway, ea support basically told me to F* off. They said, they couldn't do anything about it but that "they would make a note and research it and make sure it wasn't a mistake on their end" EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM ALL THE SCREENSHOTS. They told me to create a ticket or whatever on here. Jeez I feel like I'm starting a selfhelp or AA group meeting. Anyone else having this issue? The first couple screenshots are of the pack that was described, then the list of the players promised to be selected, and then the last couple screenshots are of the list of players I actually got.10Views0likes0Comments
