Auction block problems

I have had the same problem. Originally it was only with bids over 1,000,000 coins, even though I had much more than that in my account. Then it was any bid over 100,000 coins. The problem persisted if I tried to buy now or bid. The item sold for less than I was trying to pay or bid, so I know it wasn't that others bid higher. 

This is not the first error I have had that interfered with play. This version is really buggy. The unfortunate thing is that EA Sports does not seem to take these issue very seriously. I have had another issue for quite some time where I cannot purchase anything on my phone. I called about this, was given some free stuff, and told that it would be resolved. When I looked online, others were told something similar a couple of months before and given an estimated date it would be resolved by. Still no resolution. I found a work around through adding the account to a different device that allowed me to purchase. This issue I can't find a workaround. I am not calling on this issue because I learned that EA Sports does not take these issues seriously and is not likely to try to resolve them. 

I don't know how to get EA Sports to take these issues seriously. They do not seem to try to fix them, but rather saying "it will be resolved soon." I am beginning to wonder if they don't say this to try to keep people playing, even though they are not going to resolve the issue. I play less now because of this and won't buy any other  games by EA Sports for the phone, xBox, or WiiU. If they do not take seriously resolving issues on products I have paid for (with the mobile, paid for some packages and now can't do anything to keep improving), then they do not deserve my business. 

Me too i try to buy too buy players, using the buy now price but instead of getting the player I want, the coins are extracted from my account, it looks like I bought player, but then I never get player I want so instead of going through the hassle I just contact EA Sports and let them know about what player it is bought. Then they do the best they can in order to fix it. So personally I think the auction block is nothing but a waist of time.
