Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I lost a considerable amount of coins and the ability to win a much needed piece to finish a mvp set. (35k+ an elite sign). How do I recover this?
