Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I have a 92 Overall Jared Veldheer and 90 Patrick Peterson on my Madden team that I put up for auction. When the auctions finished, Jared didnt sell, but Patrick did, so I went to retrieve the card back, as well as my earnings. But the game wouldn't let me get my card back or earnings, And I have two other cards for auction. Can EA or anybody help me? I can even post a screen shot for proof. The lost cards were a 92 OT Jared Veldheer and 90 PR Patrick Peterson, and I have risk of losing an 89 C Nick Mangold as well.
