Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

My last 2 auctions I won. I haven't received the players I won. I haven't been refunded my bids either in case for some reason I didn't actually win the auctions. Under the "my bids" tab, it shows no active bids. I lost over 12,000 coins. That's not much to some people, but I'm kinda just starting out. It was almost all the coins I had. Please help!
