Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I had the same issue. Talked with someone on live chat they said the coins should be refunded and they are working on fixing the issue. Not sure how they will know how many coins to refund. I spent over $100,000 and watched that i had the highest bid on a couple players but wasn't given them nor was i given my coins back. It sucks and makes me want to delete the app after saving for so long and losing so much.
I am having this same issue. My entire auction is frozen....very frustrating. Can you please tell me how to get in contact with someone about this?
- If you want to contact EA go to my cases under help or just type Madden mobile help in Google an follow the steps but wait times are crazy like 90 minutes or more so good luck bud
- you can try live chat buddy, i am currently at work so i cant chat with game advisors.
