Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Hello EA Support,
Yesterday I had a lot of players selling in the auction, but never got notification they sold. I went to check and it said most of them sold, but I couldn't collect my proceeds. A hour or so later I checked again and all of those players were gone and the money didn't get deposited into my account. I waited until today to send this to you guys in case something happened where I got the money, but I didn't. What should I do in order to receive the 200k or so I had in the auction house I lost?

I put my 94 HB Bell on auction last night. No player or coin back this morning. Where is my player?? Please help!!!
- Please tell me if you get a response. I sold 80 gold players yesterday night. I went to claim them jist now in the morning. And I only see one gild player on my auctions tab. That one sold, but i dont see the other 79 players. I basically lost 100k worth of gold players maybe more
