Auction Glitch

December 10 , somewhere around 9:00 pm , i have bet 115,000 coins for a pernell , LB with 94 overall. Upon waiting for the player , i have notice that after 3 mins the player wasnt in my inbox. When i check the my bids, it only says "you won". I click it and nothing happens , after a few hours , it was gone, i also did not get to recieve my money and the players back. I've tried refreshing, uninstalling the game , aswell as relog-in it. Sadly none works. Please reply as soon as possible and fix this issue.
