Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I play this game all the time and yesterday I was bidding on some trophys and I had like 165000 coins and when I would bid the auction took my coins and did not return them when I was outbid and when I won auctions I did not get the trophy either so now I'm out all of my coins and I got none of the trophys I won. My account name is zachsaph and it's linked to my Facebook and everything. I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me back all those coins. Thanks
