Auction Glitch

Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I bod on a Mike Evens wide receiver, that cost me 40000 coins, and my coins we're taken away, but I received no such player! I would like to ask for a refund of my coins. Thank you for your time.
