Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I placed a bid for 50,000 coins for Tavon Austin TOTW player and won the auction. However, I haven't received the player and even though the coins have been deducted from my total. How are others getting this glitch resolved? This obviously really hurts the user experience.
