Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Last night about 10pm central time i bought some gold trophies it took my coins but did not get the trophies. Then i had an elite player and gold players for sale and did not get the coins for selling then and they are just gone. need help Bolts6969 is my madden account
same problem here...lost two elite players and a gold trophy I put up in the AH. Items disappeared and I have no coins to show for them...
I lost over 850,000 coins trying to purchase a player. On top of that, it took me over 5 hours to get in contact with a customer service agent.
- Same thing happened to me last night. I bid on 2 different players and it said i won them both with a bid of 74,000 on one and 65,000 on the other. I had 205,000coins to start so afterwards i should have had 65,000 coins left..... I ended up with neither player and 3,000 coins left.....needless to say i am not happy

How did you get in touch with anyone?
- I put up a 92 FO and he didn't sell and ain't in my bench. Not in my auctions too. I'm So Pissed

- Has a nobody had any help with these situations? Are they doing or can they do anything about fixing this problem? I've tried contacting them but have not heard anything.
Had the same issue at the same time. Mine was for silver trophies and gold dallas cowboys players. Can't seem to find a way to actually contact EA...
- I had exactly the same problem! People say that the money should get back to you in 24 hours. I'm still waiting for it, hope its true
- I also lost around 120k in coins and elite trophies. I have asked support everyday and it unfortunately is the same response. They are aware and are working on it and have advised to stay off the auction house until it is resolved. My last contact was about a day ago and I have got a status update each day since the 10th. Sucks but these thing happen and all we can do is wait.
Several days later I still have no coins back after "buying now" at 450,000 coins

- i put 3 elites up for sale and 1 captain card. i got on and neither the cards or the coins were in my bench or auctions.
- I put le'von bell up for sell and never received him back and I never got any money
Same thing happened to me... Lost over $50k in auctions two nights ago and still haven't received it back... Would love to know have to get it back.
