Auction Glitch

Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I bought 2 players on the auction house for 10,000 each, yet I couldn't collect them and I lost my coins...

what do I do?
