Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I was bidding on a few low-priced elite players around 12:30 am EST this morning 12/10/2015. As I was bidding, I ran out of coins. I noticed realized 3 things had happened:
1) Coins were being deducted each time I bid on the same card but never returned
2) No coins were returned for all bids placed on auctions that I lost
3) The one auction I did win was never delivered.
In all, I lost over 300,000 coins within a few minutes last night. Please help. Game account is EAGLESFAN44
