Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

It's been about 36 hours and still haven't gotten Odell back pls help
On 12.05, I encountered login failure on both my iPad and iPhone. After many tries, I managed to login via the iPhone. To this day, the iPad is still encountering login failures. In addition, a Mario Williams Elite 86 card disappeared from My Auctions without explanation. It seems that what plagued FIFA 15: Ultimate Team's auction in early 2015 has effected Madden NFL Mobile.
After updating to v2.9.5 on 12.09, currency from each unsuccessful bid was not returned and it drained my account of over $150,000+.
Contacting an EA Game Advisor has proven futile as the wait times have been over 30 minutes (I give up after that). Posting via Twitter on @EAMaddenMobile and @AskEASupport have not been helpful either. Hopefully, EA will figure something out shortly. Hang in there everyone!
