Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Yesterday bid on 2 elite players for around 80,000 coins each. Coins were removed but players were not added?
Reset game and phone but no help. Waited 24 hours no help.
Frustrating to spend all the time earning coins to have them removed with no players added!
