Auction Glitch

Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Same problem as everyone else. Bid on two Road to the Playoffs cards. Bids of 52K and 55K just disappeared when I was outbid. No money and no cards. Please fix EA.
