Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Two days ago on 12/9 I bid on 3 elite players a c, og and ot. The auction took my coins but I did not receive any players. I believe I won 2 of the auctions. I had spent about 100000 coins. I read about some of the problems before and they said wait 24 hrs. Well I waited and nothing. What can be done to fix this issue?
So I guess I'm SOL on getting anything back?
- They said it's a known issue and being worked on. I lost over 100,000 coins and never got 2 players rated 89 each. I've been waiting since December 3. I'm afraid to bid anymore in case it happens again. Not even sure what to do anymore. Thanks EA.
I've lost around 150k and a 89 Suh. They said 24 hours a week ago.
