Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Lost over 50,000 coins while bidding for a Road To The Playoffs Elite collectable, but when I was outbid I didn't not recieve my coins back. And later when I sold a couple players, I did not receive the coins. One sold for over 30,000. It seems like a wide spread problem and there haven't been any answers from EA or the support on here. It's been 3 days since so waiting isnt helping. I would like a return of my coins or something valuable. I would probably be happy with just a justified response from someone about this issue.
