Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Hi,
I already lost over 100k in coins. I'm staying away from auction house until this problem is fixed. I've sold Elite Free Agents Tim Tebow for 100k and didn't received the coins for it. The auction disappeared and i lost the player too . Is very annoying because i'm afraid to use the auction house now. I've posted a lot of time in EA answers, looking for a solution but didn't find something concrete. It already passed more than 24 hours, almost 48h now. Would you know when this problem will be fixed? Will i get my coins or player back? Thank you for the attention.
