Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Lost about 150,000 between items I was selling disappearing and never getting players I bid on. Am I just out of luck? I buy Madden money, buy packs with that Madden Money and then try to sell the unwanted items for coins but have my items vanish, that's them taking my money. Any suggestions?
