Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I was selling a 92 elite kicker for 190000 buy now and no one bought him so i clicked it but it didnt say get item back or any thing like that it just said expired and when i went back the player was gone
I had a smilier situation happen to me too. It was prior to the recent v2.9.5 update. I had placed a Buffalo Bills Mario Williams 86 Elite player up for auction. When I returned several hours later, it was missing from "My Auctions". Attempting to reach an EA Game Advisor for the past few weeks has proven futile. In addition to this issue, I also lost over $150,000 while bidding on an item after the v2.9.5 update. My bids and counter bids were not being returned and I was out of coins after four bids. It has been a very frustrating time indeed.
