Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

It was about a week ago that I placed multiple bids in the auction house. I was outbid, but I never got the coins back. I read to wait 24 hours, but nearly a week later I'm still without the coins. Any suggestions on what to do to get these back? I'm not sure exactly how many I lost, but I'd estimate it at around 200K.
