Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Been about a week haven't heard anything or gotten my players or coins back... Went to sell some elite players in auction house and got back on later to find players weren't in auction or on my bench. No mail of anything...what's the deal I waited 24hours assuming in SOL and you guys won't do anything about it since massive amounts of people are having this problem and you don't answer any of them either. Grade A service
