Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I put ALL my players in the aution at 1:30am on the 11th, I think, the next morning ALL of my player were missing, no coin, nothing. does anyone know what's going on, will I get my players back and if I do will I be reimbursed for all the time and possible coin lost? It's really messed up if I loose my cards, time and get nothing but lost time if I don't get something for their screw up.
