Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

EA has said they are working on a fix but so far they have done nothing and have not repaid anyone in full. They need to get their * together because with this many complaints they are lucky to still have this much player retention. I've just about had it with the *ty customer support and buggy gameplay.
They say you can email them but they don't even provide an email address to contact them like they can't be bothered to deal with this.
