Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

anyone who lost items/coins in auction house during the last couple of weeks? i lost 150,000 coins and a tom brady with rating of 90. got in contact with ea customer support and they provided me with only 10,000 coins and choice of 3 players (which all are gold player rated 83-84). is that all we are getting back or what?

How did you contact them. I try chatting. I actually started the chat session yesterday. Said about a 5 minute wait time. It's still going today. 24 hours later...

Hey EA! I want my coins back, I am a paying customer and you don't steal real American dollars from people. That's bull * and illegal.
- Approvedit happened to me too but i just kept trying..... there also a call button where an agent will call you and help you out...
